Agreement and eligibility

DaysRemain is operated by Velnova Software Solutions, India. Contact info@velnovaapp.com for questions or complaints. Registered address: 6-84, Vidyanagar, Vepagunta, Visakhapatnam - 530047, India. By accepting these terms during signup, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines. The privacy policy explains processing; terms acceptance is not consent to unrelated uses of your information.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have a parent or guardian involved where law permits. The service is not directed to children under 13; additional local rules for minors apply.

Free features and your account

The app offers event discovery, countdown design, a private account library, device-to-device synchronization, locally saved photo cards, home-screen widgets where supported, sharing through the device share sheet, and optional local reminders. Current features are free: there is no paid subscription, trial, automatic renewal, or in-app purchase. Capacity and security limits apply.

Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. The native library and browser-local website dashboard are separate. Offline edits are stored locally and may conflict with edits from another device; review synchronization messages. Reminders are best effort and subject to device restrictions and permissions.

Your content and sharing

You retain rights to content you create and grant only the permission needed to store, synchronize, display, secure, and support it. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for information you include. Private account countdowns are not published to a public feed. Their share action sends text to the destination you select; public catalogue events can share a website link. Recipients and their services may keep copies.

Do not enter confidential or sensitive information you are not authorized to process. The app does not provide file hosting or a public messaging service. Website guest links operate separately and may be viewed by anyone who has them.

You may also publish a separate, private shared edition and invite a specific verified account. Accepted members can view the edition. If its owner enables shared planning, accepted members can also participate in tasks and RSVP responses under the displayed planning controls. Publish updates after editing your original; changes are not automatically copied into the shared edition. The owner can revoke access or stop sharing, and a recipient can leave. Do not use invitations for spam or harassment. Photos are not included in member editions.

Acceptable use and rights

Illegal content, exploitation of children, threats, hate speech, terrorism, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, infringement, privacy violations, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited. Follow the community guidelines. We may restrict misuse or respond to lawful requests, with notice or review where appropriate and lawful.

App software, branding, and original artwork belong to their owners. You receive a limited right to use the service. Event names and third-party materials belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. External services have their own terms.

Accuracy, availability, and consumer rights

Event dates can change, countdown calculations can be inaccurate, synchronization can fail, and notifications may be delayed. Verify important dates with the organizer. Do not rely on the app for emergencies, medical treatment, legal deadlines, or other critical decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. To that extent the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, remedies, and protections in your place of residence remain intact. These terms do not impose foreign exclusive courts or mandatory arbitration.

Ending use, app stores, and changes

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion is available in You → Delete account & data and removes the account and associated cloud library. Separately shared guest website links and exported copies need separate handling described in the privacy policy. Signing out or uninstalling is not cloud account deletion.

Apple and Google usage rules also apply to store-distributed versions; neither company operates DaysRemain or provides its support. The selected store license or Apple standard EULA applies as appropriate. Future digital purchases must disclose payment, renewal, restoration, and cancellation terms before purchase and follow applicable billing rules.

Material changes will receive appropriate notice, with renewed acceptance where required. For support, privacy requests, infringement complaints, or review of restrictions, contact info@velnovaapp.com.
