What is not allowed

• Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation or grooming, sexual violence, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Threats, incitement to violence, terrorism, hate speech, targeted harassment, bullying, or promotion of self-harm.
• Fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Copyright or trademark infringement and disclosure of another person’s private or sensitive information without authorization.
• Sexually explicit content or misuse of countdown titles as file hosting, advertisements, or harmful messages.

Report a countdown

On a shared personal countdown, choose “Report countdown,” select the closest reason, and complete verification. Reports are sent to the moderation queue; reporting does not immediately remove a link. If a report cannot be submitted, contact support with the full countdown link and a short description. Do not send illegal files or include unnecessary personal information.

Review, removal, and appeals

Moderators can review reports and disable shared countdowns. Disabling prevents new page, embed, card, and API loads; copies already downloaded or open in another browser cannot be recalled. Contact support with the link and explanation if you believe a restriction was mistaken. Requests are reviewed according to their seriousness and applicable legal obligations; the service does not provide emergency response.

The current guest sharing system does not identify a public creator account or provide a user-blocking control. An applicable store release must address abusive-user blocking and moderation response requirements before submission.

Share thoughtfully

Anyone with a shared link can view it. Use short, non-sensitive titles and get permission before including information about someone else. Read the terms and conditions before posting.
