Never send passwords, session tokens, or private countdown details unless necessary to understand your request.
Delete your account
Open You → Delete account & data, read what will be removed, and confirm. Internet access is required. This removes the authenticated account and its associated cloud library; it is separate from signing out. If you cannot sign in, contact support with the account email. The website also provides account deletion at daysremain.com/delete-account.
Sync and reminders
The private app library syncs between devices signed into the same account after the backend library is configured. Offline changes remain on the current device until synchronization succeeds. Review the status under You. Website browser-local dashboard data is separate and is not automatically imported.
Reminders are optional local notifications and depend on operating-system delivery. Check notification permission and the reminder setting on the relevant countdown. Keep the app updated and open it occasionally to reconcile changes and annual events.
Contact and data controls
Delete your account and associated app library. Separately shared guest website countdown links require a verified removal request.
