Prohibited content and behavior

Do not use DaysRemain for child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexual violence, non-consensual intimate material, threats, hate speech, terrorism, incitement to violence, harassment, bullying, or promotion of self-harm. Fraud, spam, impersonation, malware, infringement, unlawful activity, and disclosure of another person’s private information without authorization are prohibited.

Do not bypass security checks or use countdown titles or sharing tools to distribute prohibited content. You are responsible for permissions and rights in material you create or send.

Private library and sharing

The native app has no public posting feed, comments, chat, or public creator profiles. Your synced library is restricted to your account. Sharing private countdowns sends text through the destination you choose; shared copies are controlled by that destination and recipients.

Public website guest links are separate. If you receive an objectionable DaysRemain website link, use the website’s report control or send the link and a short description to info@velnovaapp.com. Do not forward illegal files or unnecessary personal details.

Reports and review

Contact info@velnovaapp.com to report abuse, infringement, privacy concerns, or a mistaken restriction. Provide enough detail to review the issue. We can restrict misuse and respond to lawful requests. Copies already sent or downloaded cannot be recalled. The service does not provide emergency response.

Any future public user-content features need appropriate filtering, reporting, blocking, and active moderation before release.

Contact and data controls

Delete your account and associated app library. Separately shared guest website countdown links require a verified removal request.
